Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Ozali (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Liberiste Enterprises LLC.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Liberiste Enterprises LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

Ozali provides AI-powered research and idea generation tools to help you discover and validate digital product ideas. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

The Service generates ideas, suggestions, and analysis using artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any generated content before relying on it or using it commercially. Liberiste Enterprises LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or success of any idea produced by the Service.

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and features, is owned by Liberiste Enterprises LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Ideas and content you generate belong to you, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without our prior written consent.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Stripe. Some plans include a monthly allocation of AI Credits. Credits are consumed when you use AI features and do not roll over beyond your billing cycle. Pricing and credit allocations are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Unlimited-plan usage is subject to reasonable, good-faith use.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy for details on eligibility and how to request a refund.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law; (b) attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service; (e) resell or sublicense access to the Service without consent; or (f) use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or infringing content.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party tools and providers. Liberiste Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any idea generated will result in revenue. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberiste Enterprises LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liberiste Enterprises LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms in the Service and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Liberiste Enterprises LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Liberiste Enterprises LLC is registered.
