Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using Ozali. This policy explains when refunds are available for our subscription plans and one-time purchases.

Monthly subscriptions (such as Starter and Pro) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used only a minimal portion of your included AI Credits. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

AI Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Refund eligibility may be affected if the majority of your monthly credits have been used. Unused credits do not roll over and are not separately refundable.

One-time purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the bulk of the purchased product. Refunds for heavily used one-time products are handled on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, email hello@ozali.io with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several days to appear, depending on your bank.

The following are not eligible for refund: (a) charges beyond the 7-day window; (b) services where most included credits have been consumed; (c) fees imposed by third-party payment processors; and (d) charges for add-ons or features explicitly marked as non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting hello@ozali.io. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period.

Liberiste Enterprises LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted in the Service with an updated "Last updated" date.
